Life Coaching

Not everyone who uses our services has significant mental health or emotional problems. Many people want the equivalent of an MOT (a psychological check-up)

Life coaching and Life-auditing is a way of reviewing your progress in life and helping you set and achieve realistic goals. Life-coaching is not therapy but the fact that your life coach is also a psychologist means that they will have access to a wide range of strategies to help you achieve your goals.
